Okay. I mentioned last week that I'm taking a course on the Science of Happiness. Today I thought I would share another exercise that was mentioned in the course.
So in this exercise you write down a personal strength of yours. Then you think of and write down a way that you will use this strength today, preferably in a new and different way. And then you do the thing.
So that's pretty powerful right? That's positive self reflection, and then personal growth all in one tiny little exercise.
