How high does exercise rank on your daily to do list? I'm not talking about a hardcore workout, I'm talking about moving your body. Your whole entire body for a continuous 20 minutes.
I confess that I am a couch potato. In fact, a section of my couch has a nice, Nicole-sized indentation in it. Getting up and moving never really ranked high on my daily to do list, until my neighbor started forcing me out of my house for walks along the local trails.
