On March 29, 2021 the NOMV staff doubled to include two Floridians: Bri Golob and Rianna Gleeson. Bri is the Program Manager which means she’s responsible for all volunteer management and supports six of NOMV’s current committees. Rianna is the Support Grant Administrator which means she’s responsible for supporting the NOMV Support Grants Committee and managing that program.

Bri’s most looking forward to working with the amazing NOMV volunteers! She wants to help spread the word of NOMV as far and wide as possible and looks forward to growing the number of volunteers extensively by developing new programs including the NOMV Advocate, NOMV Ambassador, and several NOMV subcommittee groups.

Rianna is looking forward to making a difference in all the lives that NOMV affects. She plans to expand the Grants Program to become a resource that is available to all those in the veterinary community who are in need of mental health support, financial assistance, food and household goods, and other lifestyle resources.

About Bri

Bri is originally from Connecticut, but she relocated to Florida in 2014. Bri is currently working on her Masters in Social Work and completed her first Masters of Arts in 2019 with a degree in Education – Online Teaching & Learning. Her passion is mental health and her goal is to grow with NOMV and eventually provide therapy to individuals and groups upon completing her degree. Before joining the NOMV team, Bri was an academic advisor for 6 years and an adjunct professor for 1.5 years. Bri is a newlywed who got married during the COVID-19 pandemic and spends what little free time she has with her husband and two black lab mixed dogs: Pumba and Cole.

About Rianna

Rianna graduated from George Mason University in 2016. While her first job out of college was working in a cemetery, she quickly moved to follow her passions by working in the not-for-profit industry.  Her non-profit career started with working with at-risk children, followed by working at one of the largest animal shelters in Northern Florida. Rianna started as the first Support Grants Administrator at NOMV in March of 2021 and is so excited to combine her love of helping people, love of animals, and organization to NOMV and all the people the organization helps.  Rianna is originally from New York, grew up in Northern Virginia, and now lives in Florida with her husband, dog (Loki), and cat (Kylo).
