Arizona Mental Health Guild Peer Support Groups
These in-person and virtual groups, sponsored by the Mental Health Guild, are located throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area (Maricopa County). For individuals 18+ diagnosed with a mental illness.
In person groups include:
- First Light (for individuals with bipolar disorder and/or depression)
- Being Heard (for individuals with any mental disorder)
Virtual groups for individuals with any mental disorder include:
- Stepping Stones
- New Dawn
- New Horizons
- Safe Passage
There are also two diagnosis-specific virtual support groups:
- Bipolar Bears (for individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder)
- OCD Support (for individuals diagnosed with OCD).
