Community Food Bank of New Jersey

 Food Bank

For more than 45 years, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ) has worked to provide food, help, and hope by distributing food and providing access to other critical resources. They provide food distribution through various community partners (food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, etc.). They serve meals to school-aged children, provide supplemental weekend food through their Family Pack program, and rescue food from grocers that would otherwise go to waste. CFBNJ also provides access to resources such as job training, assistance with SNAP applications, and other financial resources, and hygiene products like diapers and period supplies. They have various wellness programs that provide nutrition and physical activity education, medical screenings, and regular access to healthy food, like fresh fruits and vegetables.
