Recipes
Good nutrition is a pillar of health and well-being. We’ve shared a few of our “got to” recipes; most are vegetarian (V) and many are vegan (VG) and gluten free (GF). Doing a weekly meal prep that includes healthy packable snacks, grab and go items and a few favorite comfort foods will help you stay fueled and focused through long days in class and clinical rotations.
