Hill Country Mobile Crisis Outreach Team
The Hill Country Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) provides on-the-spot urgent mental health services to people suffering severe mental illness. MCOT will respond to crisis situations in many locations within the Shasta County area, from people’s homes to the streets.
A clinician and case manager team work closely with law enforcement, emergency rooms, as well as businesses and agencies to provide direct, face-to-face support for those in crisis.
8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 7-days a week.
