Realizing the vision & impact that NOMV has for the veterinary community – there are so many amazing projects happening across all of our focus areas that will directly impact our colleague’s lives in a positive way.
Our NOMV Advocates spent their weekend visiting 7 clinics across 4 Wisconsin counties dropping off fruit & veggie platters as appreciation for their hard work.
I was feeling isolated and sad about my lack of options after putting so much effort into my career all my life, and NOMV had helped pick me up a few times. I wanted to return the favor.
On April 19th, 2021 the NOMV Student Support Group joined forces with the International Veterinary Students Association (IVSA)
I love sharing what I have learned with NOMV members – whether it be through professional or personal education. Many times, I learn so much more from the other members.
On July 1, 2021, NOMV Inc. will deploy a new program within the NOMV Education Committee called NOMV Ambassadors. The mission of the NOMV Ambassador Program is to add local support networks to unite and support the veterinary community at the local level.
I believe strongly in that we are here to help others and being a part of NOMV gives me a platform to help my peers who needs it most. Making sure our members know they are not alone and that we support them without judgement is my number one priority.
